Winterstay

Winterstay is available between November 1th and March 15th for the maximum of 3 months.

it is 650€ per month, this is only the rent.

the extra costst that are not included in the rental price wil be

  • Energy costs like electricity and gas.
  • water 35€
  • Deposit (1.5 month rental price by more then 1 month of rent)

the energy costs will be pre-paid that amount will be 150€ for every month of stay, every month the guest gets a overview of what was used and if they get money back from that month or need to pay extra, the KWH price is 0,30€ per used KWH.

  • the first month of rent plus pre-paid eneergy costs need to be paid 30 days before arrival. 
  • the deposit needs to be paid at the moment of booking.
  • Cancellation of the booking is free untill 60 days before arival after that it is 50% of the first month of rent that cannot be refunded, if there is a cancellation within 30 days of the booking, then there needs to be paid 1 month of rent that is not refundable.

Terms & Conditions.

  • When Booked let us know on what time you arrive give us a message or phone call around the 60 minutes before you arrive.
  • Check-in time is from 15:00.
  • Check-out time is between 09:00 and 11:00 (*late check out is possible with fee)
  • Late Check-in time after 20:00 is possible with a fee of 25€
  • by making a booking with us we need certain personal data to apply with the spanish law, that we need to comply with, without that information we cannot host you.
  • Cancellation Terms, a cancellation is free untill 30 days before arrival, within these 30 days there will be 50% of the booking price not refunded, Cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date are 75% not refundable, this depends on the situation why there is a cancellation.
  • all bookings need to be pre-paid to confirm the booking, after the payment has recieved the booking is confirmed.
  • the deposit will be returned after the end check has been done by the keyholder and everything is okay.
  • all extra KWH use that has been over the weekly budget will be withdrawn from the deposit.
  • the house rules that are laying in the accomodation are valid by every booking and agreed by the booker when you book.
  • no one will make damage on purpose, but if there is damage the renter is responsible for the damage if it is caused by himself or anyone that he has granted acces to the accomodation.
  • Smoking or E-smokers are not allowed in the property.
  • Resting hours are between 22:00 and 08:00 were it is not allowed to make loud noise to respect the surrounding and neighbours.
  • all illigal activity is forbidden in the house and can lead to direct eviction without refund.
  • the renter agrees to leave to property after the rented period and claims no rights to stay in it.
